What constitutes true communication?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 20, 2008:
If you're open to the fact, that we really are One, and that everyone else is an aspect of you... then what does it mean for our communication? It means that every time you're communicating with someone you're communicating with you. Everything you say you say to yourself. Everything you hear is you speaking to you.
It also means that at some level everyone you communicate with already knows you, already knows what you're really thinking and feeling.
Mind-blowing, isn't it?
